Andrew Hanko finished second in the 3000 at the Penn Relays last night. Despite being cut off and tripped in the last 150 meters, he still managed to run a 58 second last lap and set a Morris County Record in the event.
Jane Havsy of the Daily Record wrote a nice article headlined: "Being tripped still can't stop Hanko from speedy showing" The full article may be found here: Daily Record article by Jane Havsy
Jim Lambert of the Star-Ledger noted that Andrew set a county record as well as running the 12th best time in New Jersey history. Jim Lambert article in Star-Ledger
