TODAY (TUESDAY):
BOTH TEAMS: Short meeting with Athletic Director before practice
MIDDLE SCHOOL: Regular practice.
HIGH SCHOOL: No formal practice. You may run here or on your own. Distance runners: 6-8 miles easy on soft surface if you can find one. Sprinters: After warmup/stretch, run 5 strides of 200s with 200 jog inbetween and 5 strides of 100s with 100 jog inbetween. Then cooldown.
WEDNESDAY:
High School at Gills St. Bernards. Directions in the Post immediately above this one.
THURSDAY:
Regular practice both teams.
SATURDAY:
MCAA LEAGUE MEET. Venue still being worked on. This is not our fault. Another league team was supposed to get a track and was not able. We have stepped in and are scrambling with bureaucracy! Please pray that we can get this finalized today.
