The girls scored 108 to win by a large margin. The second place school had 76 points. Big days for Leah Wis with 30 points (won the high jump, second in long jump and third in both throws); Angela Martone with 23 points (1st in hurdles and 400, third in 200); Samantha Yamasaki, 19 points (1st in 1600, 2nd in 800, 8th in 400) and Rachel Campbell, 18 points (1st in shot put, 2nd in discus). Other points were scored by Rachel Buckley, Marley DeMarco, Anne Thomas and our relay team. We scored 60 points on the track in 7 events, and 48 points in the 4 field events.
The boys scored 70 points to come in second to Berks, which had 79. The winning margin came in the field events where Berks outscored us 38-7. We had a great day on the track. Josiah Hanko won the 800 and 1600 and came in 2nd in the 400 (28 points). Daletyn Harris scored 26 points (2nd in 100; third in 200, 400 and long jump); Marcus Prol scored 11 points (4th in 800 and 1600; 8th in log jump); and Oliver Budd was 8th in the hurdles. Our relay team came in 5th to round out our scoring.
