Morris County Championships Day Two

They did it! The 4x400 team of Ben Rumeau, Paul Sullivan, Jared Hanko and Jared Freire set a new school record in the event, running 3:35.50, breaking the old record set four years ago (see the post following this for details). Splits 54.9/56.2/52.5/51.9. Nice job!

The result was the more remarkable coming but a few minutes after Jared Hanko ran a huge PR in the 3200, running 9:27.83 to finish third in the event.

Other results from the day: Jared Freire 24.11, Ben Rumeau 25.22 and Jonathan Tilli 25.75 in the 200; Peter Smith 2:09.01 in the 800 and 18'2.5" in the long jump.
